2012 SPRING BALL REGISTRATION
Follow the detailed steps below to confirm boundaries, league age and complete the forms required for registration.

Review the Bloomingdale boundaries and residents eligibility. For baseball use the Bloomingdale boundary map located in Links and Forms. For softball please review the Bloomingdale boundary map and South Brandon boundary map located in Links and Forms.
Once you have determined that your child is eligible to play at Bloomingdale please fill out the Registration Form and bring it with you to sign-ups. The Medical Release Waiver along with Bloomingdale's Lightning Policy and Parents Code of Conduct needs to be completed and turn into your child's Coach.
Please bring to Registration a copy of your child's birth certificate and 3 individual forms of Proof of residency . The acceptable proofs of residency can be found in the Links and Forms section of our site.
The fee for T-ball is $100, Minor B through JR/SR is $150. There is a $25 discount for each additional sibling.
The methods of payments accepted are cash, check or credit card. A minimum amount of volunteer hours in our concession stand is required for each registration. You may pay a $35.00 opt out fee if you do not wish to volunteer.
